It can help with movement, balance, strength, flexibility, and enhance cognitive states. Wu Style Tai Chi concentrates on the slow repetition of clearly defined movements. These moves build, in time, into a sequence that can enhance both physical and mental states.  The class, held in the SCRM Seminar Room, will be a mixture of individual work and working in pairs. You will develop an awareness of, and reaction to, your own and others’ position in space. The class is free of charge to people with Parkinson's or their partners or carers. Start time is 5.30pm for 6.00pm. Free parking and disabled parking available Questions? Contact: Philippa Hope m. 07720 674924 e.
