      Protecting Sumatran Tigers: WildCats Conservation Alliance The island population of Sumatran tigers are under threat from human activity. Esther Conway from WildCats Conservation Alliance will tell more about the threats that these unique animals face and how zoos are working together to protect the largest wild population in the Kerinci Seblat National Park, Sumatra. Hear how, science & technology, community engagement and wildlife crime investigations carried out by dedicated rangers are making a difference and discover how you can do your bit to save this animal from extinction.  Esther Conway has been working in conservation for twelve years managing the WildCats Conservation Alliance (previously 21st Century Tiger) for the past seven. Esther oversees the smooth running of this Zoological Society of London initiative and has achieved the distribution of £1.3 million to 18 conservation partners in eight countries.
