Please see Branch Website for booking details: http://www.edinburghparkinsons.org/regular-activities/pilates or e-mail: sasha@edinburghparkinsons.org Why is Pilates Recommended? Core stability is the foundation of Pilates. It aims to promote strength, stamina, balanced muscle development, flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints. As your core strength develops so does stability throughout your entire torso, which can help with some of the mobility and postural issues of PD. Additionally, reducing the effort placed on the body during everyday activities can help reduce fatigue levels.
