      Who is Conference Aimed at?  This free CPD opportunity is open to all CLD practitioners i.e. staff, volunteers and students who are interested in discussing CLD and the health and wellbeing agenda. The Consortium and Edinburgh University have been working in partnership to host this event. Outline of the Day: The day will consist of speaker inputs, morning workshops and afternoon table top discussions. Please note the workshops and table top discussions will be available to book on the day. The workshop topics will include: Healthy Hawick: a whole town approach to improving health.  Facilitators from Scottish Borders Council and NHS Borders Poverty Safari (Chapter 13) workshop and faciltated discussion. Facilitator Mae Shaw The Kersiebank project and the CLD approach. Faciltators from Falkirk Council A Strategic Approach (Health and Social Care) to work with adults. Facilitators from City of Edinburgh Council Table top discussions include: Find out about Stirling's Mental Health Civtech  Challenge – Starting the mental health Conversation. How can technology help young people start the conversation about how they are feeling and where can they access support? Midlothian's Digital Kitchen - Lessons to Improve Cooking, Budgeting and Digital Skills for tenants. This partnership work was developed by Midlothian LLE adults and families and Melville Housing a local social housing provider. 'A Trusted Adult' hear about the process of the One Good Adult work being developed in schools by NHS West Lothian. Find out about the Adult Health and Wellbeing projects and the difference this is making in City of Edinburgh Council The programme for the day will follow plus more detailed information on the workshop and tabletop discussions.
